PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an effective accommodation and management for a small base station.SOLUTION: After starting an operation, the increase/decrease trends of small base stations 10 accommodated in a virtual eNB51 are grasped, the accommodation area of each virtual eNB51 is enlarged/reduced accordingly and the accommodation design is reviewed if necessary. Thus, regardless of increase/decrease of small base stations 10, the accommodation state can be kept optimal. |
