PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent excrement from scattering when eliminating the excrement from a diaper.SOLUTION: In a disposable diaper, a free part of a three-dimensional gather 60 has a double structure which has: an inner wall part 60i exposed to a central side in a width direction; and an outer wall part 60x positioned outside in the width direction of the inner wall part 60i and fixed to the inner wall part 60i. A gather elastic expandable member 63 is put between the inner wall part 60i and the outer wall part 60x, is fixed to both of the inner wall part 60i and to the outer wall part 60x, and is provided with a cover sheet 70 so as to cover a range from a position, in the middle in the height direction of at least the inner wall part 60i or on a side below it, to a boundary between the inner wall part 60i and the outer wall part 60x of the free part of the three-dimensional gather 60. In the cover sheet 70, a lower end part of a part positioned on the center side in the width direction of the inner wall part 60i is fixed to an adjacent member, and parts other than the fixed part is integrated with respect to the free part of the three-dimensional gather 60 so that they can be releasable. |
