PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently sorting and disassembling nonwoven fabric made of a synthetic resin and a metal material constituting a main material when discarding the mattress having a pocket coil assembly as the main material.SOLUTION: In a mattress having, as a main material 1, a pocket coil assembly that is made by wrapping a metallic compression coil spring by nonwoven fabric made of a thermoplastic resin, a disassembling apparatus M of the main material is provided. The disassembling apparatus M includes: an accommodation space 2 of the main material 1; a heating means 3 which sets the accommodation space 2 to an atmospheric temperature capable of melting the nonwoven fabric; a storage space 4 which stores molten material of the nonwoven fabric, which is melted and made to flow down below the accommodation space 2; and a cleaning means 5 in which at a process for discharging gas produced from the accommodation space, harmful gas components are removed from the gas. |
