PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve, at low costs, an apparatus security system, a relay card, and a capacitive coupling card using an IC chip of an electromagnetic induction method or an electromagnetic coupling method.SOLUTION: A capacitive coupling card 40 and a relay card 30 are arranged on a reader/writer 20 in a state of a combination card 50 in which the capacitive coupling card 40 is overlapped on the relay card 30. Accordingly, in an apparatus security system, capacitive coupling card plates 42A and 42B, and relay plates 32A and 32B perform signal transmission in an electrostatic coupling method; a relay loop antenna 33 and a R/W loop antenna 23 perform signal transmission in an electromagnetic induction method; and a control unit 15 performs communication processing with a capacitive coupling card IC chip 41 to permit a predetermined operation of an electric apparatus 10. |
