PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a thermally conductive insulating sheet having high thermal conductivity.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a thermally conductive insulating sheet is characterized by cutting a molded product of a ceramic-resin composite material containing highly thermally conductive ceramic particles and a resin into a thickness equal to or less than the average particle diameter of the highly thermally conductive ceramic particles. A metal foil is bonded to a surface of the obtained thermally conductive insulating sheet via a resin adhesive, thereby forming a metal foil-attached thermally conductive insulating substrate provided with a metal foil layer. |
