PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a resonance frequency without impairing the miniaturization of an RFID tag.SOLUTION: An RFID tag has an antenna-integrated package structure which includes a semiconductor chip, an antenna coil, and a resin sealing body that seals them. The length of the antenna coil is set so as to be larger than an optimum length that is calculated by simulation in a design stage. A resonance frequency is measured in the middle of an RFID tag manufacturing process; and if the measured resonance frequency deviates from an intended resonance frequency, the resonance frequency is adjusted by changing a bonding position of a wire that is connected to the antenna coil. |
