The present invention relates to a substrate for an organic light emitting device, a manufacturing method thereof, and an organic light emitting device including the same and, more particularly, to a substrate for an organic light emitting device, a manufacturing method thereof, and an organic light emitting device including the same, capable of improving light extraction efficiency without a pattern which is exposed to the outside. For this, on the substrate on which the organic light emitting device is deposited, the present invention provides the substrate for an organic light emitting device, which is made of glass and on which a plurality of crystallization particles are distributed, the manufacturing method thereof, and the organic light emitting device including the same. |
