<p>The present invention uses petro cokes as itself without pulverizing to burn the petro cokes which is a high sulfur low level fuel, a byproduct discharged from the final steps of crude refining, which solves the problem of the usage of solid fuel by law, by converting the petro cokes to clean fuel. The present invention has high calories, which can be used for any kinds. The petro cokes remains in a form of solid carbonized mass which is not pulverized. The parent metal heated by a fixed temperature is injected into a chamber, and the petro cokes are also injected into the chamber. The air is injected to the bottom end of the chamber to raise the petro cokes and parent metal, which mixes them and supplies minimum air for burning. The petro cokes and parent metal are burnt incompletely and mixed, which generates CO gas, and the clean fuel is created by heat exchanging the CO gas into low temperature gas which is easy to handle.</p> |
