PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breakdown test method of a rubber crosslinked body with successful correlation with chipping-proof performance in an actual vehicle.SOLUTION: Dynamic compressive deformation is applied from an upper surface 11A and a lower surface 11B to a rubber test piece 11 by attaching a pair of metal plates 12A and 12B to a test sample 1, and repeatedly inputting compressive deformation in a cylindrical axis direction (X direction of a figure 2) to the upper surface 11A and the lower surface 11B in the circular shape of the rubber test piece 11. Furthermore, dynamic torsional deformation is applied by repeatedly inputting torsional deformation in the circumferential direction (T direction of the figure 2) to the upper surface 11A via the metal plate 12A, and repeatedly performing displacement to an RA point, an RB point centering on an origin OR (displacement zero point). In this way, composite deformation between the dynamic compressive deformation and the dynamic torsional deformation is simultaneously applied to the sample to perform a breakdown test. |
