PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic apparatus capable of improving the work efficiency of a user.SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnostic apparatus 1 includes: an image capturing part 3 for capturing an X-ray image of a subject P on a top board 2a; transfer mechanisms 2 and 4 for relatively transferring the top board 2a and the image capturing part 3; an acquisition part 7a2 for acquiring device position information of the top board 2a and the image capturing part 3 when the X-ray image is captured; a display part 6 for displaying the X-ray image captured by the image capturing part 3; an input part 7c for inputting additional information to be added to the X-ray image displayed in the display part 6; and a management part 7a3 for managing the X-ray image captured by the image capturing part 3, the device position information acquired by the acquisition part 7a2 and the additional information input by the input part 7c in association with one another.
