PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cut-off plug for a sewer pipe, capable of surely sealing a clearance formed between an inner peripheral surface of the sewer pipe and a lid even to the inner peripheral surface of the sewer pipe having a chip.SOLUTION: A plug 1 comprises: a lid 4 for closing an inner periphery 3 of a sewer pipe 2; and sealing means for sealing a clearance between a circumference 4a of the lid 4 and an inner peripheral surface 5 of the sewer pipe 2. The sealing means comprises: a rubber cylindrical part 8 in close contact with the inner peripheral surface 5 of the sewer pipe 2; a screw holding part 9 for holding a screw 13 screwed into a screw hole 12; and a pressing part 10 arranged between the rubber cylindrical part 8 and the screw holding part 9, and for pressing the rubber annular part 8 to bring it into close contact with the inner peripheral surface 5 of the sewer pipe 2 by deforming or displacing to the outer peripheral side by a tip 13a of the screw 13 protruding from the screw holding part 9. Thereby, the rubber annular part 8 can be locally swelled toward the outer circumferential side by screwing the screw 13 into the screw hole 12 of the screw holding part 9 corresponding to a position of a chip 18 on the inner peripheral surface 5 and protruding the tip 13a of the screw 13 into the outer circumferential side of the screw holding part 9. |
