PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system achieving highly accurate morphological analysis which reduces manual maintenance work of a morphological analysis dictionary by paying attention to a meaning which a word (vocabulary) has.SOLUTION: An information analyzing device includes: a first means for reading dictionary data which comprises a word dictionary in which a word used in a natural language and its characteristic are associated with each other and registered, and a concept dictionary in which a semantic tag showing the meaning of a word and a semantic concept showing a concept of the semantic tag are associated with each other for each meaning of the word and registered; a second means for estimating the characteristic of the semantic concept, on the basis of the dictionary data, by a characteristic collection of the words included in the semantic concept of the text data; a third means for reading the concept dictionary and estimating a characteristic content of the word by associating it with the characteristic content of the semantic concept acquired by the second means; and a fourth means for, on the basis of the dictionary data acquired by the first means and the characteristic of the word acquired by the third means, analyzing into an appropriate form for executing information analysis and constructing an analysis dictionary. |
