PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-sided release film for manufacturing an anisotropic conductive film, having appropriate detachability, superior detachment stability over time, antistatic properties and transitional properties.SOLUTION: In a two-sided release film, a release layer (A) is laminated on one surface of a polyester film, and a coated layer and a release layer (B) are sequentially laminated on the other surface. The two-sided release film is soaked in 1-butanol solution in which potassium hydroxide is dissolved. The amount of hydrogen gas generated at 50°C after one hour heat processing is 80 ppm or less. The surface resistivity (R) of the film surface on one of two sides is 1×10(&OHgr;) or less. Both press bonding rates of the release layers (A) and (B) are 90% or more. Formulas (1) and (2) below are satisfied at the same time. 15>γmax(B)-γmax(A)≥5...(1), 40≥γmax(B)>γmax(A)≥27...(2) wherein γmax(A) is the maximum surface tension of the surface of the release layer (A), and γmax(B) is the maximum surface tension of the surface of the release layer (B). |
