PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workflow system capable of opening a stored slip with a proper right when a slip issuance person having a plurality of rights opens the stored slip again.SOLUTION: A workflow system comprises: suspending means for suspending an electronic document as temporarily storage together with a role of a slip issuance person who issued the electronic document; right determining means for determining whether an operator has a slip issue right for a suspended slip when opening the suspended slip; and affiliation determining means for determining whether there has been any change in an affiliation organization of the slip issuance person during a period before opening the electronic document after suspending it. When opening the suspended slip, if it is determined that the operator has the slip issue right and there has been change in affiliation, a list, showing that the slip is to be opened as which organization, is displayed. Alternatively, and if it is determined that the operator has the slip issue right and there has been no change in the affiliation, the electronic document is opened as an organization to which the slip issuance person belonged when storing the slip. |
