PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a contamination resulting from a previous product or cleaning liquid, in a fixed tube sheet type horizontal heat exchanger.SOLUTION: A dispensing member is provided corresponding to a dispensing port of condensed liquid from a horizontal heat exchanger so that a lower end of the dispensing port is located at a bottom of a forming space of the dispensing port. A condensation object is supplied to a shell of the horizontal heat exchanger, and a heat medium is passed to tubes. |
