PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden regarding an application for proxy settlement from a person in charge of settlement in an electronic settlement device.SOLUTION: An electronic settlement device includes a proxy settlement history storage unit for storing a history of proxy settlement performed by a proxy who performs settlement instead of a person in charge of settlement, and a promotion processing unit which, on the basis of the history of proxy settlement stored by the proxy settlement history storage unit, promotes a proxy rule for defining a proxy, to a normal rule for defining a person in charge of settlement, having settlement right, at normal time. |
