PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RFID tag for quality control of a concrete structure which does not need an individual member for tag installation and can be easily installed.SOLUTION: An arithmetic processing functional chip 2 and an RFID functional chip 3 to communicate detection information of a sensor buried in a concrete structure after concrete installation are mounted inside a thin plate ring shaped main body. A separator 10 being a member for supporting a mold is inserted into a hole 6 at the center of the main body. Since a terminal 5 to connect the sensor is provided, the sensor can be connected to the terminal both before and after the sensor is installed. Beforehand connection of the sensor to the terminal 5 makes the installation easier.
