The present invention relates to a water cleaning device by using a micro bubble which induces a destruction of algal bloom by using the micro bubble, and destroys the algal bloom with the temperature difference; and independently improves water quality without receiving the energy, connecting to the outside in the surface of inland waters. The water cleaning device of the present invention comprises: a surface floating part which is installed to be floated on the surface by buoyancy; a deep water rising part which pulls up the deep water and is installed by standing to the lower side of the surface floating part; a micro bubble spraying part which is installed in the surface floating part, and generates the micro bubble and sprays to the deep water part which is pulled up with the deep water rising part; a bubble mixed water spraying part which is installed by connecting to the upper side of the deep water rising part, and sprays the deep water in which the micro bubble is sprayed to the lower direction of the underwater; a location limiting part which limits the floating location of the surface floating part.
