The present invention relates to a wrapping paper supplying device for supplying cylindrical wrapping paper which is fitted and fixated on the outer circumference surface of a beverage container in order to display a trademark, raw materials, and a producer etc. to a packer. The composition of the wrapping paper supplying device comprises; a reel for mounting wrapping paper (100); a reel driving part; a wrapping paper guide part; and a bending part which is installed on the center of the wrapping paper guide part and folds the wrapping paper (100) folded in half to the opposite direction and produces a new folding line along the longitudinal direction of the wrapping paper (100). The bending part comprises; an insertion stand (17) of end pin shape in which movement rolls (61, 63, 65) are installed on the outer side; a first knife (71) which is installed on a leading end (17a) of the insertion stand (17) and on an extension line of the insertion stand (17) and formed into flat board shape; a second knife (73) which is installed on a drawing end (17b) of the insertion stand (17) and on the extension line of the insertion stand (17) and is installed while being twisted as a first angle for the first knife (71) based on a center axis of the insertion stand (17); and an encapsulation area (19) which supports the insertion stand (17) and is connected to the insertion stand (17) through rolling contact by installing fixation rolls (43 ,49, 61) on a contact portion with the insertion stand (17).
