PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently improve relation closeness by focusing an attention on a comprehensive dynamic change in the relation closeness and taking appropriate measures according to a relation closeness level.SOLUTION: A relation closeness adjusting system encourages two users to participate in a festive event, adjusts the two users to have exchanged formal information beforehand, and encourages them to exchange internal information at the festive event so as to further improve the relation closeness. A measure determination unit 13 acquires a current relation closeness level (0-3) from a relation closeness database 21, and determines optimal measures among measures corresponding to the relation closeness level of the measure database 22. A measure execution unit 14 executes the determined measures by communicating with respective terminals 1-4 of a user A and a user B via a communication unit 11. A relation closeness improvement check unit 15 determines whether or not having a level improvement condition on the basis of the execution result. When having no condition, the relation closeness improvement check unit urges the measure determination unit 13 to determine novel measures. When having the condition, the relation closeness improvement check unit checks affirmative/negative of the level improvement and updates the relation closeness level. |
