PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of providing various services in a case of utilizing a service gateway device with a limited specification.SOLUTION: In a PC 2 and a function server 3, a program execution environment where function modules 15A, 15B, 15C are executed is prepared. For the modules 15A, 15B, 15C required with execution, an executable device is determined on the basis of the resource conditions of an SGW 1, the PC 2 and the function server 3, and the characteristics of the function modules 15A, 15B, 15C. When it is determined that the function modules are executed with a device other than the SGW 1, the function modules 15A, 15B, 15C required with execution are transmitted and executed. Consequently, if a load of the SGW 1 is high, since the PC 2 or the function server 3 can perform processing, the function of the SGW 1 can be extended only by preparing the PC 2 and the function server 3 without extending the resource of the SGW 1 itself or replacing the SGW 1, so that various services can be provided. |
