PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an image blur correction device capable of rotation drive of an imaging element without increasing the size of the device, and minimizing image blur due to backlash of a rotation axis.SOLUTION: An image blur correction device suppresses vibration around an axis orthogonal to an imaging surface of an imaging element, and includes a rotation member that supports the imaging element, a support member that rotatably supports the rotation member, and driving means for rotationally driving the rotation member. The rotation member is rotatably supported by the support member about a rotation axis provided at a position not overlapped with the imaging element when viewed from a direction orthogonal to the imaging surface. |
