PAPER BASED PRECONCENTRATING METHOD, PRECONCENTRATOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

The present specification relates to a paper-based preconcentration method, a preconcentrator, and a method for manufacturing the preconcentrator. A method for manufacturing the preconcentrator according to an embodiment of the present specification may comprise the steps of: adsorbing hydrophobic material so that the hydrophobic material forms a boundary of a hydrophilic channel formed in a line shape on paper and a boundary of a buffer formed at a location spaced apart from the channel; infiltrating the hydrophobic material into the paper on which the hydrophobic material has been adsorbed; and connecting a selective ion-permeable membrane including a nano-channel to the buffer, and forming the selective ion-permeable membrane across the channel on one surface of the paper. According to an embodiment of the present specification, a method for conveniently preconcentrating specific material at a low cost can be provided.
