The present invention relates to a breathing loess grain jar without applying glaze by mixing loess clay and sandy soil, and a method for manufacturing the same and, more particularly, to a loess grain jar comprising a cover (10), a body (20), a discharging unit (30), a support (40), and a support plate (50). In a case of the loess grain jar, 50% of loess clay and 50% of sandy soil are mixed to ensure ventilation, as a standard. When a content of sandy soil is increased to make better ventilation, the temperature for sintering and the time therefor can be controlled to maintain uniform characteristics to manufacture the breathing loess grain jar. Here, a discharging unit has a structure of being fixed through a binding piece by passing through a drying step and a sintering step after a hole is made in advance when a jar body is molded, and an assembling step of inserting silicon, to as to combine a binding plate and an opening and closing portion, formed of a metallic material such as stainless or the like not to be rust, with the lower portion of the jar body. In addition, the discharging unit allows congestion of a grain to be minimized, and allows a gain to be naturally discharged to be cut at an angle of about 5°. |
