Disclosed is an apparatus to discharge and wind a metal foil, which is to discharge and wind a metal foil generated by an electrolysis method in a roll-to-roll method. The disclosed apparatus to discharge and wind a metal foil comprises: a drum roller whose outer circumferential surface has a metal foil formed by an electrolysis reaction; an exfoliating roller to exfoliate and discharge the metal foil formed on the outer circumferential surface of the drum roller; a surface treating unit to let the metal foil discharged from the drum roller pass through a surface treating solution, dry it, and treat its surface; a cleaning unit to let the metal foil discharged from the surface treating unit pass through cleaning solution, dry it, and clean it; and a first bobbin roller and a second bobbin roller to wind and collect the metal foil discharged from the cleaning unit. The first bobbin roller and the second bobbin roller are alternately selected as a roller to wind the metal foil, and while the roller to wind the metal foil is being changed, the metal foil′s movement in the section from the drum roller to the cleaning unit is not interrupted. The present invention is to provide an apparatus to discharge and wind a metal foil, which prevents damage to or pollution of the metal foil even if the metal foil is wound by a bobbin roller without inserting an interleaving paper therebetween and which performs surface treatment and cleaning of the metal foil continuously discharged in a roll-to-roll method and winds the metal foil with a bobbin roller.
