The present invention relates to a method for arranging a data storage block of a flash memory, capable of reducing an additional background writing operation to move fragments in a block by storing data predicted to be deleted in similar time in the same block based on data attributes. The method according to the present invention includes a group setting step and a data storage step. The group setting step is to set data having deletion time within a first deletion time range to a first data group and set data having deletion time within a second deletion time range to a second data group. The data storage step is to store the data belonging to the first data group in a first flash memory block and store data belonging to the second data group in a second flash memory block. The deletion time is time in which the data stored in the flash memory are deleted from a memory block, and the first deletion time range exists posterior to the second deletion time range in view of time.
