The present invention relates to an optical filter for a solid-state imaging device and a solid-state imaging device including the same. The optical filter has a structure in which a first dielectric multilayer film, a light absorption layer, a transparent substrate, and a second dielectric multilayer film are laminated. Since the numbers of stacked layers of the first dielectric multilayer film formed on the light absorption layer, and the second dielectric multilayer film formed on the opposite surface to a surface on which the light absorption layer is formed so as to be in contact with the transparent substrate are optimized, thus resulting in greatly improving a curl phenomenon of the optical filter. Therefore, yield decrease caused by the curl of the optical filter can be prevented when the optical filter is used for the solid-state imaging device, and a wavelength shift of light passing through the optical filter can be minimized. |
