PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling a reduction of transdermal flow of an active substance in a transdermal administration of the active substance.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for controlling a reduction of transdermal flow of a first active substance, which includes: a step of forming two or more pathways by causing a disintegration at least in the stratum corneum of skin; and a step of making the first active substance and at least one kind of anti-healing agent flow through the pathways. The skin disintegration is a microslit caused by one or more microspikes that penetrate through the stratum corneum.
