The present invention discloses a display device and a control method thereof. The invention includes a display part displaying image data on a first display area, a motion sensor part sensing a motion of an external user, and a display control part dividing the first display area into a bezel display area and a second display area based on the motion of the user, displaying a flexible bezel on the bezel display area, and controlling the display part to display the image data by scaling it to make it correspond to the second display area.
