摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for reducing the strength of a magnetic field generated, in an electric double layer formed by winding a positive electrode plate having a positive electrode terminal and a negative electrode plate having a negative electrode terminal spirally.SOLUTION: The electric double layer is formed by spirally winding a positive electrode plate 12 connected with a positive electrode collector tab 3, and a negative electrode plate 14 connected with a negative electrode collector tab 4. The positive electrode collector tab 3 and the negative electrode collector tab 4 are shifted in the longitudinal direction of the electrode plate. A current passage 30 is formed of a slit 20 and a cut 22 in each electrode plate, a terminal is connected with a first end 32 or a second end 33 of the current passage 30, and current flows from the first end 32 toward the second end 33, or from the second end 33 toward the first end 32. The current passage 30 and the terminal are located so that the direction of current flow in each current passage 30 is reversed at least partially in the regions facing each other.
