PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce possibility that an image forming device is simultaneously used by a plurality of users and secure user's security even when the user uses the image forming device via a portable terminal.SOLUTION: A control unit 112 of an image forming device generates a first image pattern in which information of a user authenticated by an authentication processing unit 113 and application information on a specific application that can be used in the image forming device by the authenticated user are embedded, and displays the generated first image pattern on a display unit 105. A control unit 208 of a portable terminal analyzes the first image pattern read from the display unit 105 of the image forming device by a camera unit 203, and acquires the user information and the application information. Further, while the camera unit 203 is reading the first image pattern, the control unit 208 of the portable terminal displays an operation screen for using the specific application corresponding to the acquired application information on a display unit 201 of the portable terminal. |
