PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colloidal fuel which is inexpensive and has a high calorific value.SOLUTION: There is provided a colloidal fuel composition which is produced by adding 40-60 wt.% of alone and mixed water comprising tap water, well water, industrial wastewater and polluted water, etc., and 0.001-1.0 wt.% of a surfactant to 40-60 wt.% of an alone and mixed oil comprising a crude oil, a heavy oil, asphalt, kerosine, gas oil, coal tar, pitch, an orinoco heavy oil, an oil sand oil, a used oil from a lubricating oil, biomass, an edible oil and a waste edible oil, etc., and stirring those. |
