PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring device for an assist grip capable of stably imparting rotating force of a grip body by spring force with good assemblability.SOLUTION: In a spring device for an assist grip, a spring stored in a spring case 10 is inserted between an inside supporting piece 62 and an outside supporting piece 63 of a hinge portion 2 rotatably journaling a grip body 1, and the grip body 1 is energized to a non-use position side by the spring. As the spring, a double torsion spring 20 is stored in the spring case 10. Foot portions 21 and 22 on both sides of the double torsion spring 20 are locked to the inside of the spring case 10. An intermediate foot portion 23 of the double torsion spring 20 projects from the spring case 10 and is locked to a part of the grip body 1. |
