PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact bill processing device in which a bill storage part is detachably attachable in the bill processing device having a bill storage mechanism for storing a bill into a bill storage part.SOLUTION: A bill processor includes: a stack guide 71 separating a longitudinal side edge of a bill in a circulation bill storage 67 and the longitudinal side edge of the bill in the bill conveyance path; lift cams 75a, 75b for reciprocating the stack guide 71 in the direction substantially orthogonal to a bill flat surface; a first connection gear 77 for operating these lift cams; a conveyance roller 52 journaled by the stack guide 71; a second connection gear 53 having a gear 51 coaxial with the conveyance roller 52; and a pressure roller 56 journaled by the stack guide 71 and provided counter to the conveyance roller 52. The pressure roller 56 engages with and separates from the conveyance roller 52 accompanied with the reciprocal movement of the stack guide 71, and the first and second connection gears 77, 53 are configured to be transmitted with driving from a driving source of the device main body via the first and second transmission gears 14, 43, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
