PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging unit that can precisely acquire pattern information on an imaging object in comparison with a case where illumination light to be irradiated from illumination means and an optical axis of an optical system by imaging means of a portable terminal are in parallel.SOLUTION: An imaging unit 3 has: an attachment member for being attached to a portable terminal including imaging means and illumination means; an optical member OP (OP1 and OP2) for obliquely supplying illumination light from the illumination means to an imaging part to be imaged by the imaging means; and a light shield member SL that surrounds an area around the optical member OP. A first optical axis from the optical member OP is configured to be incident upon the imaging object in a direction oblique with respect to a second optical axis of an optical system of the imaging means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
