PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce air circulation resistance while suppressing deformation of a frame-type frame.SOLUTION: An upside part 71 and a downside part 72 are provided on both stacking-direction sides of heating elements 50-52 and a fin 53 of a frame-type frame 60, respectively. Intervals among a plurality of rod-like parts 73, 74A-74C and 75A-75B for connecting the upside part 71 and the downside part 72 are set longer on an end side than in longitudinal central parts of the upside part 71 and the downside part 72.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
