The present invention relates to an air conditioning system for automotive vehicles, and the objective of the present invention is to purify all harmful gases distributed in the vehicle efficiently regardless of the kind and the density of harmful gases. In order to achieve the objective of the present invention, the air conditioning system includes a plurality of gas sensors sensing each harmful gas in the vehicle, and a control part increasing air volume and outer air inflow rate in the vehicle by controlling an intake door and a blower according to the density of each harmful gas inputted from the plurality of gas sensors. The air conditioning system includes a memory part which is embedded with outer air inflow rate corresponding to the density of each harmful gas in the vehicle. The control part controls the intake door by referring to the maximum outer air inflow rate by detecting outer air inflow rates corresponding to the density of the harmful gases inputted in the gas sensor from the memory part.
