PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating device for a power unit capable of securely cooling a clutch constantly during operation of an engine by utilizing a surplus part of discharge oil of a scavenging pump.SOLUTION: A lubricating device for a power unit comprises an oil pan 50, an oil tank 51 being separated from the oil pan 50, a scavenging pump 48 for circulating the received oil of the oil pan 50 to the oil tank 51, and a feed pump 49 for feeding oil stored in the oil tank 51 to the engine E and the transmission T. An oil reservoir 53 for storing a certain amount of oil to immerse a lower part of a clutch 31 that connects and disconnects a transmission route between the engine E and the transmission T is provided in a power unit case 10. A first overflow passage 62 is provided in the oil tank 51 such that when the stored oil in the oil tank is increased beyond a first level L1, the first overflow passage 62 allows the increased oil to overflow into the oil reservoir 53 side. |
