PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage that, despite of a low total extract content, has additional good body.SOLUTION: Specifically, to a non-alcoholic beer with a total extract content of 2.0 wt.% or lower, one or more kind selected from a lactic acid, a citric acid, a phosphate, a phosphorus, a succinic acid, and their salts, as pH regulators are added, thereby regulating pH into 2.7 to 4.5 to obtain a beverage with good body. It is a beer-taste beverage, where the content of sugar is 2.0 g/100 ml, especially preferably to be 0.01 g/100 ml, and the calorie is 8.0 kcal/100 ml or under, especially preferably to be 0.04 to 1.4 kcal/100 ml. The beer-taste beverage is unfermented beer-taste. |
