PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which allows for reliable start of a lamp even if the lamp voltage is kept low in general, by improving the startability significantly in an excimer lamp consisting of a luminous tube which consists of a light-emitting part filled with a light-emitting gas, and sealing portions formed at both ends thereof, an external electrode arranged on the outer surface of the light-emitting part, and an internal electrode arranged in the light-emitting part.SOLUTION: End of the external electrode is extended and wound around the root of the light-emitting part on the sealing portion side. |
