PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric vibration piece where a surface area of an extraction electrode formed at a frame part is widely formed thereby lowering electric resistance of the extraction electrode, and to provide a piezoelectric device.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric vibration piece (130) includes: a vibration part (131) which has a rectangular shape and vibrates at a predetermined frequency, the vibration part where excitation electrodes (134) are formed on both main surfaces; a frame part (132) which is formed by a first frame body (132a) enclosing a periphery of the vibration part and extending in a long side direction and a second frame body (132b) extending in a short side direction; and a connection part (133) which connects the vibration part with the frame part. A recessed part (137) or a protruding part extending in the long side direction is formed on one main surface of the first frame body. An extraction electrode (135) is extracted from the excitation electrode through the connection part and is formed extending from one end to the other end on the one main surface of the first frame where the recessed part or the protruding part is formed.
