PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a connector 8 screwed with an oil cooler 1 from becoming loose when an oil filter 41 is attached or detached.SOLUTION: An oil cooler 1 is assembled by combining components such as a core plate 10 made of a clad material of an aluminum-based material, and heating and brazing them in a furnace. A connector 8 made of an iron-based material is screwed with a screw hole 27 of a filter seating plate 7 of the uppermost part. A periphery 2 part of a flange portion 31 defines a linear part 31a. An annular detent member 35 having, on its inner periphery, a linear part 36a engaging with the linear part 31a is brazed to the filter seating plate 7. The connector 8 is certainly prevented from rotating or becoming loose when an oil filter 41 is attached or detached.
