PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem of a conventional laser processing machine that there is a problem from a point of view of energy saving and safety, because a shield plate for dirt prevention of an output mirror is attached and detached manually when resting the laser processing machine for a long term.SOLUTION: A shield plate for dirt prevention of an output mirror having an open/close mechanism interlocked with the purge gas supply is provided. Safety is secured while saving energy of the purge gas by having a switch function for bringing about a closed state even during short term stoppage, and partitioning under a state of high degree of adhesion by means of a press mechanism, and detecting the on state when the open/close mechanism has completed the opening operation. |
