PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid unnecessary contact between a friction surface of a synchronizer ring and a corn surface of a gear when a synchro device ring is adsorbed to a synchronizer hub with a permanent magnet.SOLUTION: A permanent magnet 21 fixed to a concave portion 12e formed by cutting out an outer periphery part of a synchronizer hub 12 radially inward includes a first tapered surface 21a formed on the side facing a synchronizer ring 17. The synchronizer ring 17 includes a second tapered surface 17c which can be adsorbed to the first taper surface 21a of the permanent magnet 21. When the synchronizer hub 12 is disconnected from the gear 16, the synchronizer ring 17 is adsorbed to the synchronizer hub 12 by magnetism of the permanent magnet 21, thereby bringing the first and the second tapered surfaces 21a and 17c into close contact with each other to center the synchronizer ring 17 with respect to the synchronizer hub 12 and the gear 16. Friction or noise can be prevented, while preventing contact between the friction surface 19a of the synchronizer ring 17 and the corn surface 16c of the gear 16. |
