PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which generates electric power by using gravity of the earth and multiplying a centrifugal force rotation energy in order to obtain clean energy.SOLUTION: An arm is put out in an outer circumferential direction of an erected rotation shaft, a heavy load is attached to the top end, and an upper part point of the rotation shaft is hung down on an upper part shaft and is rotated in an inclined state to generate a centrifugal force in heavy load. The centrifugal force is transmitted to the rotation shaft as a rotation force, and a rotation energy is transmitted to a generator and can be used as electric energy. The rotation shaft uses the centrifugal force and, therefore, can be rotated with a small energy. |
