PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary scaffolding member which has a good usability for placement on and displacement from a pole, and requires little space for storage and carriage.SOLUTION: A horizontal member 1 of the present invention is mounted on a support pole 2 having a flange 3 with a plurality of latch holes 4. The horizontal member 1 comprises: a cylindrical pipe member 5; a couple member 6 coupled to one end of the pipe member 5, communicating with the pipe member 5, which has a side opening 11 for vertically sandwiching the flange 3, a top opening 12 in the top surface, and a bottom opening 13 in the bottom surface; and a generally elongated wedge member 7 which couples the flange 3 and the couple member 6 by being inserted into the top opening 12 of the couple member 6, the latch holes 4 of the flange 3, and the bottom opening 13 of the couple member 6 in this order. The couple member 6 and the communicating pipe member 5 have spaces 5a and 6a for storing the wedge member 7 when the wedge member 7 is not used. |
