PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectrode that is used simultaneously with a dye having a hydrophobic group such as an alkyl group, and that can achieve improvement of a short circuit current density, an open-circuit voltage, and a conversion efficiency, and that uses a low-cost common adsorbent.SOLUTION: In a photoelectrode for a photoelectric conversion element consisting of a semiconductor metal oxide film to which a common adsorbent and a dye are adsorbed, the common adsorbent contains at least one kind of compound represented by any one of R-CH(COOH), R-COOH, R-CHCOOH, and R-CHCHCOOH. |
