PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recommendation list with an extremely high level of satisfaction of a user.SOLUTION: In the present invention, a recommendation term which is a probability of purchase of each commodity by each user is calculated by using a purchase history of each user ID. From the purchase history, a diversification term which is a ratio of users who have purchased a certain commodity to users who have not purchased a certain commodity group is calculated, and a recommendation history showing that which commodity group is provided as a recommendation list to which user, that which commodity the user has browsed its detail information in the recommendation list or the user has not browsed detail information on any commodities, is obtained. By using the recommendation term, the diversification term, and the recommendation history, a diversification parameter which is a weight of a diversification term with respect to a recommendation term at the time of calculating a recommendation score when a recommendation list is created is calculated, and the recommendation list is created by using the purchase history, the recommendation term, the diversification term, the recommendation history, and the diversification parameter. |
