PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome problem of increase viscosity of a rubber composition and deterioration of processability by a method of reducing the oil amount for reducing rolling resistance in a method of highly blending a filler or the like as high hardness is required for a pneumatic tire and satisfy requirements of enhancing water-resistant adhesive and fracture physical property of the composition.SOLUTION: The above described problem is solved by a rubber composition by blending 100 pts.ass of a diene rubber containing 80 pts,mass or more of natural rubber, 0.5 to 20 pts.mass of a styrenated phenol compound mainly containing distyrenated phenol or tristyrenated phenol, 3 to 10 pts.mass of sulfur and 0.1 to 10 pts.mass of organic acid cobalt salt.SELECTED DRAWING: None
