PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric vibration piece where the increase of crystal impedance (CI) is inhibited, and to provide a piezoelectric device.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric vibration piece (130) includes: a vibration part (131) which vibrates at a predetermined frequency, includes excitation electrodes (134a, 134b) on both main surfaces, and is formed having a predetermined thickness; a frame part (132) enclosing a periphery of the vibration part; and a connection part (133) which connects the vibration part with the frame part. At least a part of a side surface of the vibration part is formed into a tapered shape so that a thickness of the vibration part is reduced toward an outer periphery of the vibration part. Extraction electrodes (135a, 135b), which are extracted from the excitation electrodes to the frame part through the connection part, are formed. One of the extraction electrode is extracted from one main surface to the other main surface through the side surface of the vibration part which is formed into the tapered shape. |
